All of your digital products can be accessed from your account instantly after purchase. When you purchase a digital item from our store you have unlimited access to your purchase and can download it as many times and as often as needed.
Here is how to access your digital purchase:
- Go to https://www.quiltingdaily.com/my-account/, and login with your email/username and password.
- You will be brought to your account Dashboard page. In the left-hand menu select Downloads.
-Or while shopping, click on “Your Name” in the upper right and select My Downloads from the dropdown menu.
* For mobile devices click on the person or menu icon
- From the Downloads page locate the product you wish to access, then click the download link in the blue box under Actions. Steps to access will vary depending on the type of digital product you purchased. See below for how to access your specific product.
(Product links will take you to the description page it was purchased from).
Interactive and Anytime Workshops:
Click on the Actions link to be taken to the online workshop. If available downloadable links will be provided within the workshop. For detailed instructions CLICK HERE.
PDFs/eBooks:
Click on the Actions link to open in a new tab. From here:
*On Chrome: Click the download icon in the upper right and select where on your device you would like to save the file.
*Mac Users on Safari: Go to File and select 'Save As', then select where you would like to save the file to on your device.
For Video Downloads:
*Our video downloads work best when they are saved to your device and viewed with a media player. When streaming they can buffer (freeze) or show network errors if the internet is too slow.
Click the Actions link to steam the video in your browser. To save to your device:
*PC Users: Right click on the Actions link, then select the ”Save Link As” option
*MAC Users: Hold the control key while clicking on the Actions link and select the "Download Linked File As” (Safari) or ”Save Link As” (Chrome) option.
*Tablet/Smartphone: Hold down on actions link and select "Download Linked File" or ”Save Link As” option. (Note: When using an iPad, the Safari browser will need to be used to get the option to save to your device)
