All of your downloadable products can be accessed from your account instantly after purchase. When you purchase a downloadable item from our store, you have unlimited access to your purchase and can download it as many times and as often as needed.
Here is how to access your downloadable purchases with us:
- Go to https://www.artistsnetwork.com/my-account/, and login with your email/username and password.
- Click on 'Your Name' in the upper right and select My Downloads from the dropdown.

From your Downloads page, locate the product you wish to access, then click the download link in the blue box under Actions.
*Steps to access will vary depending on the type of digital product you purchased. See below for how to access your specific product.
*Product links will take you to the description page it was purchased from).
Paint Along and Artists Classroom Workshops:
Click on the Actions link to be taken to the online workshop. If available, downloadable links will be provided within the workshop.
PDFs: Digital Magazines or eBooks:
Click on the Actions link to download the file. File will be automatically be saved to your device.
Video Downloads:
*Our video downloads work best when they are saved to your device and viewed with a media player. When streaming they can buffer (freeze) or show network errors if the internet is too slow.
-Click the Actions link to steam the video in your browser.
To save to your device:
*PC Users: Right click on the Actions link, then select the ”Save Link As” option
*MAC Users: Hold the control key while clicking on the Actions link and select the "Download Linked File As” (Safari) or ”Save Link As” (Chrome) option.
*Tablet/Smartphone: Hold down on actions link and select "Download Linked File" or ”Save Link As” option. (Note: When using an iPad, the Safari browser will need to be used to get the option to save to your device)
If you are having trouble opening your download, we recommend using the latest version of Adobe Reader for eBooks, digital magazine issues and patterns/projects.
