For digital products like eBooks, digital magazines, streaming videos, etc.: Because of the digital nature of downloadable and streaming products, these items are not generally eligible for refund. For subscriptions: All cancellations and refunds for subscriptions must be made within 14 days of the original charge. No partial or pro-rated refunds can be given on subscriptions.
For physical products like magazines: Our customers have 30 days from the time of purchase to report a damaged or missing item in order to be considered for a return, replacement or refund. For any returns, a Return Merchandise Authorization Form must be completed in its entirety and included in the box with the returned merchandise. Without this important form, it is impossible for us to know who returned the item and refund you. We also recommend that you take down the tracking number of your return in the event your carrier loses your package.
