For digital products like eBooks, digital magazines, streaming videos, etc.: Due to the digital nature of downloadable and streaming products, these items are not generally eligible for refund. If you have a defective file or duplicated order, please contact our customer service HERE.
For Video Subscriptions: Notify us via our Cancellation Form (links below) within 7 days of the date you placed your order or renewal date to receive a refund of the full purchase amount. Refunds, including partial refunds, are not granted if you choose to cancel your order beyond 7 days of the transaction date.
For magazine subscriptions: All cancellations and refunds for subscriptions must be made within 14 days of the original charge. No partial or pro-rated refunds can be given on subscriptions.
