For magazine single print issue purchases : Our customers have 30 days from the time of purchase to report a damaged or missing item in order to be considered for a replacement or refund. Contact our customer service department HERE, if you need assist with your order.
For Memberships/Video Subscriptions: Your subscription will renew automatically. You can cancel the automatic renewals at any time from your account. Once cancelled, you will maintain subscription access until your cancelled renewal date. Subscriptions must be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. For assistance with cancelling your subscription with a refund, please contact our customer service department HERE, or use the Subscription Cancellation Form links provided below. Refunds, including partial refunds, are not granted if you choose to cancel your order beyond 7 days of the transaction date.
