If you have mistakenly created a duplicate purchase, please contact our Customer Support team via chat (click on the Help button in the lower right corner) or email. (support@peakmediaproperties.zendesk.com).
To expedite the refund process, please provide as much of the following information as you can:
- Title of the Product
- Date of the original and duplicated purchase
- Order number of the original and duplicated purchase.
